This offer is valid for a limited time. The card is reloadable and can be easily reloaded. You can redeem the card at both the SOTC branch and during transactions on the SOTC site if you are purchasing a holiday. If the balance in your Holiday Card is lower than the order value, you can combine your payment with Credit /Debit Card or with net banking.

If you cancel your bookings, the refund will be credited back to your Holiday Card account. This works exactly like it would if you used a credit card or online banking. If for whatever reason, you have to cancel your bookings, the amount, after deducting cancellation charges, will be credited back to your Holiday Card account. And you can use the card to make future payments but make sure you keep an eye out for that expiration date.
The amount will be charged once only. In case of excess deduction, the overdrawn amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. In some rare occurrence, should a transaction fail, do not worry. Please get in touch with our customer service agents, and they will happily assist you with your refund.
