The card is valid for one year from the date of activation. Which implies, once the card is issued it can be used to pay for transactions with SOTC until the value of the card runs out, from the date the card is activated. The card can be redeemed online or through SOTC retail stores.

Yes, you can redeem up to 3 Holiday Card in 1 transaction. So, if you run out of balance on one card, you can use another one to complete your transaction. The cards are valid for a year from the date of activation and can be used as long as they are in validity period with enough balance.
Only the required amount will be deducted. The remaining value can be used for future transactions. This means once you have completed your current transaction you can use the remaining balance to book your next adventure as long as you redeem the cards before its expiration date.
If you cancel your bookings, the refund will be credited back to your Holiday Card account. This works exactly like it would if you used a credit card or online banking. If for whatever reason, you have to cancel your bookings, the amount, after deducting cancellation charges, will be credited back to your Holiday Card account. And you can use the card to make future payments but make sure you keep an eye out for that expiration date.
The amount will be charged once only. In case of excess deduction, the overdrawn amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. In some rare occurrence, should a transaction fail, do not worry. Please get in touch with our customer service agents, and they will happily assist you with your refund.
Please visit My Bookings section in My Account post login. You will be able to edit your receiver email id and reset/resend the pin. Kindly note that the earlier pin will be invalid once pin is reset.
