The Sidi Saiyyed Mosque is one of the most popular places to go in Ahmedabad. While the entire mosque is a work of art, its ten stone latticework windows (known as jalis) are especially exquisite. Carved out of stone, they hardly seem real. In true Islamic style, they feature motifs of intertwined trees and geometrical designs.
