Located in Ubud, this small restaurant is always packed with diners who have come to feast on one of the famed things to eat in Bali - Babi Guling. It serves just one dish – rice with succulent pieces of pork, accompanied by fried sliced pork sausages and a wedge of crackling pig skin. Since the restaurant sells out completely after lunch, it’s a good idea to go there in advance.
