The Qutub Minar is one of the most popular tourist places in Delhi. The 73-metre-tall structure is the tallest brick tower in the world. While its construction was started in 1193, it was completed over several years. It is adorned with intricate carvings and verses from the holy Quran. And the tower is not the only monument here. You will also find the amazing Iron Pillar and the Alai Darwaza. The iron pillar is a historic and scientific marvel. Despite being exposed to the elements for centuries, it shows no signs of rusting.
