Right by Mehrangarh Fort is the amazingly transformed Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park, a once arid region that’s now bustling with over 300 species of native trees and shrubs, while home to countless birds. It is also a protected zone for the volcanic rock and sandstone formations that exist on site, but the visitors centre, plant nursery, shops and restaurants have all added to its charm and popularity.
