Once the home of the Bohemia Kings, this magnificent castle is one of the most popular places to visit in Prague. The Castle walls hold a number of famous buildings in the city, from the St Vitus Cathedral to St George’s Basilica. The style and structure of the Castle are unlike anything in the world, as it has been influenced by generations of architects. Make sure you spend some time with the flowers at the Royal Gardens and get an excellent view of the Vltava river, as well as some of the famous spires that give Prague the nickname of “City with a Thousand Spires”.
