Wales is the lesser know cousin of Great Britain and it is part of United Kingdom. Few of the features associated with Wales tourism are the medieval castles, Gothic architecture, Celtic culture, and glaciers. Cardiff is the capital, but the other touristy places to visit are Anglesey, North Wales, Conwy, Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon, Llangollen, and Newport.
There are Wales tours that take you to these destinations to experience the chilly castles, grandeur of palaces, mighty mountains, and marvellous museums. Wale tourism is a combination of nature, history, and its people.
Wales is to the left of Great Britain and to the left of Wales is the Irish Sea. This country is characterised by its rugged coastline, wet weather, national parks with high mountains, and numerous lakes.
As for the climate, it rains all year round—summer and winter. The weather around the coast is around 15 to 25 degrees Celsius in summer. The most favourable time to visit is during the summer holidays, that is, June to August. However, to beat the peak season, make your way to Wales from May onwards. The weather is welcoming, warm, and perfect for exploring.
