The twelfth century monument of Maiden Tower is located in the capital’s Old City, which is the historical heart of Baku. This Baku festival was started in 2010 and has continued ever since, with the aim to bring together artists and art from around the world in a celebration of cultural diversity and unity. Along with the art, the festival also features unique digital mapping of the shows on the tower itself, which add to the vibrant atmosphere.
